Steak Ingredients:
Steak meat
Rosemary - 3 sprigs
Garlic - 2 cloves
Butter - 75 g
Vegetable oil - 50 gr
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Wash and dry the meat. Salt and pepper both sides a little.
Melt and heat butter and vegetable oil in a frying pan.
We throw the crushed cloves of garlic. Together with rosemary fry steaks 2-3 minutes (depending on the thickness of the meat) over high heat.
Ready steaks wrapped in foil for 3-4 minutes.
Serve on a nice board with fresh herbs and cherry tomatoes.
