Chocolate fondant Ingredients:
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Sugar - 120 gr
Dark chocolate - 100 gr
Butter - 100 gr
Flour - 50 gr
Preparation:
We need to melt the butter and chocolate.
In a bowl mix the eggs and sugar. Beat with a mixer to a whisk. Add sifted flour to the mixture and mix.
Add the butter and chocolate mixture. Beat with a mixer.
Pour the mixture into the molds, filling a little more than half of each mold.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
