ForschmakIngredients:- lightly salted herring - 200 g
- bun - 30 g
- onion -70 g
- green apple -30 g
- chicken egg -2 units
- vegetable oil -20 g
- butter -50 g
Preparation:1. Chop slightly salted herring finely, grate a black herring bun, finely chop onions, peel and grate a green apple, finely chop boiled eggs;
2. Fry onion in vegetable oil;
3. Mix all ingredients, add vegetable and butter oil. Serve with bread crumbs or croutons.
