Fish in cheese and tomato soufflé
Ingredients:
Fillet of any fish Tomato paste - 80 gr Tomatoes Cheese - 50 gm Green onion - 30 gm
Preparation:
Put the fish on a baking tray. Mix sour cream and tomato paste. Brush the fish with this mixture. Cut the tomatoes into rings, grate the cheese and finely chop the onion. Spread everything on the fish. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
