Ingredients:

chicken meat 1 kg
soy sauce 125 ml
apple cider vinegar 4 tbsp
ground pepper 1 tsp
brown sugar 150 g
starch 2 tsp
garlic 4 cloves
ginger 8-10 cm

Preparation:

In a small saucepan mix sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, starch diluted in 50 ml of cool water, grated ginger and garlic.
Bring to the boil, stirring. The sauce should thicken.
Oil the tray.
Lay out the chicken.
Well pour the sauce and send it all to the preheated oven (220 degrees) for 30 minutes.
Stir every 5-7 minutes, so that the chicken is perfectly soaked in the sauce.
