Swedish chicken meatballs
Ingredients: ⠀ Meatballs: 500 g minced chicken. Half teaspoon salt (or to taste) 1 tsp mustard A pinch of black pepper (or to taste) Sauce: Onion 100 ml water 2 tsp corn starch 250 ml 10% cream 1 tsp soy sauce.
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients for the meatballs, form balls and fry in a pan on both sides for about 10 minutes. Add chopped onion, fry for a few more minutes. Mix together the ingredients for the sauce. Pour into the pan and let thicken for a few minutes under the lid.
