For the dough: Butter - 120 gr. Sugar - 1 tbsp Salt - 0,5 tsp. Flour - 200-250 gr Egg - 1 pc For stuffing: Berries - 500-600 gr Sugar - 100-150 gr Starch - 1 tbsp.
Preparation:
The soft butter grated with sugar, salt and flour into a crumb, add the egg and knead the dough. The dough to leave in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.The berries mix with sugar and starch.Distribute the dough on the form, lay out the berries (if desired, the top can be decorated with the rest of the dough). Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool the pie completely!
