Ingredients:

Thigh Fillet.
Salt/black pepper/sweet paprika/flour
Eggs
Bread crumbs
Oil (for frying)

Preparation:

Separate the bone from the thigh and remove the skin. Cut fillet into 2 parts, baste it on both sides, salt and pepper it.Roll in flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry on both sides over medium heat.
