Tuna rolls Ingredients:
Lavash 100g
Tuna in its own juice - 1b
One medium carrot (120g)
Eggs 3 pcs.
Sour cream - 15% 2 tablespoons
Cheese 50g
Preparation:
The eggs and carrots are boiled.
Drain the tuna if necessary, and mash it with a fork.Grease the pita with sour cream and place the fish on top. Grate carrots, eggs and cheese on top of the fish.Roll up into a roll. Slice into portions.
