Chocolate cake Ingredients:
Eggs - 5 pcs.
Sugar - 200-250 gr
Milk - 200 ml
Vegetable oil - 200 ml
Cocoa - 2-3 tbsp
For frosting:
Cream - 100 ml
Chocolate - 100 gr
Preparation:
Beat the eggs until they increase in volume and gradually add sugar.
Pour the milk and vegetable oil and mix.Flour, cocoa, baking powder sift and mix well.Take a mold of 28-30 centimeters and distribute the dough.Bake at 180 degrees 35-45 minutes, readiness check skewer.
For the glaze: dissolve the chocolate in the hot cream and pour it over the ready hot cake.
