Lemon Cakes

Ingredients:

Butter - 90 gr.
Sugar - 100 gr
Egg - 1 pc
Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
For the cream:
Filled condensed milk - 150 gr
Lemon juice - 3 tbsp

Preparation:

Prepare the dough: In a bowl combine melted butter. Add lemon zest, lemon juice and egg. Stir together.Add turmeric for color (optional). Mix baking powder and flour. In portions add to the overall mixture. The dough should have a creamy consistency, soft and sticky. Cover it with cling film and put it in the freezer for 40-60 minutes.
Prepare the cream: Combine the condensed milk with the juice of lemons.Stir with a whisk. Cover with clingfilm and put into fridge for 1 hour.Grease your hands with vegetable oil. Shape the frozen dough into balls the size of walnuts. Bake at 180 degrees for 8-9 minutes, then cool. Transfer the cream to a piping bag and fill the cakes.
