Cottage cheese dessert with berries

Ingredients:

Grainy cottage cheese (9%) - 400 gr
Powdered sugar - 50 gr
Quick gelatin - 20 gr
Water - 50 ml
Milk - 200 ml
Black currant or other berries - 150
Sugar - 30 gr

Preparation:

Pour cold water over gelatin, stir it. Let it swell.Cream the cottage cheese with a blender, add the powdered sugar and milk.Beat well with a blender until smooth.Gelatin melt in a microwave for 30 seconds or in a water bath, it should become liquid, but do not boil.Pour a thin stream of gelatin in the cottage cheese mass and immediately good blender.Pour the cottage cheese mass in the molds.Moulds can be any size, silicone will be great.
Take it to the fridge for two hours until it hardens. Cook berry topping: mix berries with sugar, bring to boil. Cook for 5 minutes, then cool.Remove curd soufflé from mould. Pour the topping on top.
