Ingredients:

Provence herbs/paprika/salt/pepper
Butter
Garlic (optional)
Parsley/dill

Preparation:

The potatoes need to be well washed, preferably with a vegetable brush or sponge.Then the potatoes need to be boiled in salted water.Then we transfer it to a baking dish, press each potato with a glass and sprinkle it with spices, salt, pepper and oil.We send it to the oven for 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees. Dust the finished potatoes with butter mixed with garlic and herbs.
