Meatballs in teriyaki sauce

Ingredients:

Ground chicken/turkey - 400-450 gr
Egg - 1 pc
Milk - 100 ml
Bread crumbs - 70 gr
Greens - small bunch
Onion - 1 pc
Garlic - 2 cloves
Spices/salt (to taste)
Green onions + sesame (for decoration)

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients: minced meat, eggs, chopped onions, chopped garlic, salt/spices, breadcrumbs and milk. Mix well until homogeneous.
A little grease the form with vegetable oil. Wet hands roll balls (so minced meat will not stick to your hands) and put into the form. We send it to the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 170-180 degrees. Spread liberally with teriyaki sauce and send it for 7-10 minutes. Sprinkle with green onion and sesame seeds.
