Chicken, avocado and mango salad

Ingredients:

6 pieces of chicken
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 tsp olive oil
6 cups lettuce
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
1 mango
1 avocado
1/2 onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup roasted chopped almonds
For the dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp honey
1 clove of garlic
salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Preparation:

Season chicken breast with garlic, salt, and pepper and fry in 2 tsp olive oil over medium heat. for 3 minutes per side. Remove from pan, cool for 5 minutes, then slice into strips along the fibers. In a large salad bowl, add the sliced lettuce. Top with cherry tomato halves, sliced cucumber, diced mango and avocado, thinly sliced purple onion, 1/4 cup cilantro.
Dressing with honey:
Mix dressing ingredients in a jug, cover tightly and shake until smooth.
