Preparation:

Finely chop onion and mushrooms. In a heated frying pan with oil first fry the onion until transparent, then add mushrooms + spices and fry until tender. In a separate container well mix minced meat, sour cream, breadcrumbs, milk and spices. We leave so for 10 minutes, so that the breadcrumbs absorbed the moisture. With wet hands scrape off a piece of ground meat (about 60 gr) and make a circle from it, put the stuffing and cheese in the center, cover with a small circle of ground meat and begin to pack by the edge of the cutlet.Bath the cutlets in breadcrumbs, it is easier just to sprinkle them on all sides. On each side, lightly fry on medium heat with the addition of oil, put them on a baking tray and send to the preheated oven to 180 for 30 minutes.
