Cheese roll Ingredients:
Eggs 6 pcs.
Flour 30 gr
Milk 30 gr
Cream cheese 90 gr
Cheese "light" 100 gr
Sour cream or light mayonnaise 20% - 90 gr
Garlic 1 clove
Dill
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
Mix eggs, flour, milk and spices until smooth. Pour the egg mixture into a greased baking pan and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 200g.
Grate the cheeses, finely chop the dill, press a clove of garlic and dress the whole thing with sour cream or mayonnaise. Spread the filling on the egg base and make a roll. You can wrap it in foil/packet and leave in the fridge, or cut it and serve at once
