Envelopes with mushrooms Ingredients:
- Champignons - 280 g
- Fillet of any kind - 210 g
- Onion - 50 g
- Greek yogurt - 100 g
- Lavash - 110 g
- Cheese - 60 g
- Spices - to taste
Preparation:
Heat a frying pan, fry the onion and mushrooms, add the fillet, stew for 10-15 minutes (until tender)
Remove from the stove, mix everything with Greek yogurt or sour cream. Cut lavash into strips and fill (we can add other ingredients if necessary) Sprinkle with cheese, make a triangle or a square, fry both sides
