"Aren't they always, though," was what I wanted to say.
But the way she held my hands, the soft smile on her face, eyes closed as if warming up my hands was the only thing she wanted to focus on, seemed as if she held the air of a mother. This petite girl, seemed to take the role of a caretaker, a guardian.
