Deferment of six-monthly medical examination (6ME) for Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs) and other female Work Permit holders (WPHs)
 
To ease the pressure faced by healthcare providers 
 
Employers who:
Received notices dated Jan and Feb 2022 will have until 30 Apr 2022 to send their MDWs and WPHs for the 6ME 
Were to receive notices in Mar and Apr 2022 will be notified of a new date by post and email from end-April 2022
 
We urge employers to defer the 6ME visit, unless medical attention is needed
