[Highly Recommended] Register with Sync to easily provide your COVID-19 test resultsAll riders are now invited to register with Sync via Singpass ASAP in order to allow your official vaccination records and COVID-19 test results to be shared with Deliveroo. This enables Deliveroo to receive and verify your COVID-19 test results from your Quick Testing Centre (QTC) appointments.
Even if you have logged in to Sync previously to provide access to your records for other companies/platforms, you will need to log in again now and add “DELIVEROO” as a recipient to ensure your records are also provided to us. You may wish to open Sync in Chrome for the best experience.
