The Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan was invited to the Russian Foreign Ministry.

Gulnara–Clara Samat and Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Rudenko had a "frank conversation" about bilateral relations, interaction in the CSTO and the upcoming summit in Astana.

"The commitment of the parties to the allied nature of relations was confirmed, the relevance of which is increasing in a difficult geopolitical situation," the Kremlin said.

On October 14, a meeting of the CICA heads of state will be held in the capital of Kazakhstan, which will be attended by Putin and Japarov.
