Domestic Markets:
The market is expected to open on a cautious note as trends in the SGX Nifty indicate a flat opening for the broader index in India with a loss of 11 points.The BSE Sensex fell 153 points to 52,694, while the Nifty50 declined 42 points to 15,732. Among sectors, Rearlty index was lead gainer with a 0.81% rally and the Metal index was up by 0.37%. Whereas the Smlcap100 & Eergy indices have shown weakness and closed down by 0.59% & 0.55%. On BSE, auto, metal, and oil and gas indices fell 0.5-1%, while capital goods, power and realty indices were up 0.4-0.7 %.

Global Markets:
The S&P 500 ended lower on Tuesday as the index was unable to bounce from a sharp sell-off in the prior session with a key policy statement from the Federal Reserve on deck that will reveal how aggressive the central bank's policy path will be. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 151.91 points, or 0.5 percent, to 30,364.83, the S&P 500 lost 14.15 points, or 0.38 percent, to 3,735.48 and the Nasdaq Composite added 19.12 points, or 0.18 percent, to 10,828.35. The Nikkei 225 in Japan slipped fractionally in early trading while the Topix index dipped close to 0.1 percent. South Korea’s Kospi fell 0.17 percent. In Australia, the S&P/ASX 200 declined 0.29 percent. MSCI’s broadest index of Asia-Pacific shares outside Japan traded 0.05 percent lower.

Technical Outlook:
After the gap down opening nifty denined to trade below 15700 and given sharp bounce in first half but couldn’t sustained above 15800. In this process it has formed bullish body candlestick pattern with big upper shadow. Over all pattern look like bullish reversal inverted hammer candlestick pattern which needs confirmation. Weekly candlestick pattern suggest bearish bias in near term. On upper sided unfilled gap between 16172 to 15886 is big hurdle for bull. Nifty has entered in strong horizontal support zone of 15513 to 15670. As per the pivot charts, the key support level for the Nifty is placed at 15656, followed by 15633. If the index moves up, the key resistance levels to watch out for are 15808 and 15831. The data suggests that the Nifty could trade in a broader range of 15,400 to 16,200 in the coming sessions. Domestic Markets:
Trends on SGX Nifty indicate a negative opening for the broader index in India with a loss of 103 points. The Nifty futures were trading around 15,675 levels on the Singaporean exchange. Among sectors, the IT & Media indices have shown weakness and closed down by 4.12% & 3.97%. Media index has closed near 20 Simple DMA which is placed at 1899. Below this 100 simple WMA act as support which is reading at 1852 marks. All the sectoral indices ended in the red, with Nifty bank, auto, IT, metal and PSU bank falling 2-4% each. The BSE midcap shed 2.7 percent and the smallcap index lost 3%.

Global Markets:
The S&P 500 lost 149.91 points, or 3.85 percent, to end at 3,750.95 points, while the Nasdaq Composite lost 526.82 points, or 4.65 percent, to 10,813.20. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 857.70 points, or 2.73 percent, to 30,535.09. Japan was down 0.9 percent. Australian shares S&P/ASX200 sank 5 percent in early trade, while Japan's Nikkei stock index was down 1.74 percent.

Technical Outlook:
The market witnessed a sharp selloff for the second consecutive day the benchmark indices falling more than 2.5%. in this process it has formed big bearish body candlestick pattern with lower shadow. It has been trading below all key moving averages in daily chart which shows short to long term trend is negative. On upper sided unfilled gap between 16172 to 15886 is big hurdle for bull. As per the pivot charts, the key support level for the Nifty is placed at 15697, followed by 15673. If the index moves up, the key resistance levels to watch out for are 15852 and 15875. Torrent Power: The company has completed acquisition of 50 MW Solar Power Plant in the state of Telangana with enterprise value of Rs 416 crore. Long-term power purchase agreement for the project is with Northern Power Distribution Company of Telangana for a period of 25 years at a fixed tariff of 5.35 per kWh, with remaining useful life of 20 years.

SREI Equipment Finance: RBI-appointed administrator has found instances of fraud in the company. Total loan amount involved in the fraud stood at Rs 2,512 crore, while notional loss to the company stood at Rs 513.67 crore. The administrator has filed an application with Kolkata NCLT against 14 respondents involved.

WPIL: The company has received an order from the Government of West Bengal for execution of a turnkey project, comprising of commissioning of a clear water reservoir. The contract is valued at Rs 430.87 crore and the same will be completed over a period of 24 months.

Dynamatic Technologies: The company has won the contract to manufacture the Escape Hatch Door for Airbus A220 aircraft. The contract was placed by recently established Stella Aeronautique Canada Inc., a subsidiary of Airbus Atlantic SAS.

Bajaj Finance: The company increased fixed deposit rates by 20 basis points. Open / Comment
