One of the most common issues that teachers ask us about, whether it’s new employees to our company in their developmental observations, prospective teachers on courses like the CELTA, or even experienced teachers who come to us for training, is how to engage and motivate learners in the classroom. In the situation we find ourselves in now, this may be even harder than usual, as our learners are balancing their complex personal lives (and, in some cases, traumas) and trying to get back into a routine by studying English. In this practical session, we’re going to look at the key elements of motivation to study and examine key strategies to boost engagement and involvement in the primary, secondary, and adult classroom. Some of us are getting back to teaching, and most lessons will be taught online again. Although it's difficult for both students and teachers , this is our chance to return to normal life and give each other the warmth of our hearts .

What we have to do now is to stay together and try to distract ourselves from the news and the sound of sirens, no matter how strange it may sound. We have prepared a bunch of tools that will help you make your online lessons more interesting and fun. Open / Comment

2022-03-11 14:09:10 ​ The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine recommends that from 14 March, 2022, the educational process be resumed in educational institutions where possible.

We have also decided to partially resume teacher training. This will apply primarily to:
- online TKT preparation courses;
- online DELTA Module 1 preparation.

The CELTA, CELT-P, CELT-S courses and Cambridge English exams have been temporarily suspended until the situation in the country improves. Open / Comment
