A very well presented explanation of the many problems associated with the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 UK (Act).
I earlier posted that the original sovereign tribal nations have never ceded sovereignty and so the Act has no lawful effect in oz. It is ultra vires and has no jurisdiction according to the originals.
Another problem is that it was passed by a foreign parliament operating under Admiralty rules of the see/sea, which had condoned the belligerent, unlawful invasion of an inhabited continent in 1788. Its passage confirmed that oz was still a colony which was originally settled as a prison for convicts.
Recent events have shockingly shown it is still an island prison. This has been enabled by the Act.
Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia in the 1980s, Sir Harry Gibbs examines the legitimacy of the political party system in oz.
This has come about under the watch of the Act, even though it is not permitted by it.
This shows that the Act has no teeth.

This, and much more can be written about the illegitimacy and ineffectiveness of the Act.
No need to do this.
Just look around the entire continent.
It is in uproar while relying on this unlawful Act.
Most people have no idea of the lawful instrument which can be used to settle everything down in a peaceful lawful process while completely cleansing themselves of every treasonous person and institution which has stealthily enslaved them since 1788.
That Common Law instrument is Magna Carta 1215 using article 61.
1215 is added here to the title because there have been numerous unlawful attempts to remove article 61 from it - beginning a few months after it was sealed by the rogue King John.
Article 61 constitutes the teeth with which the people can remove all seditious and treasonous actors who fail to hear and carry out the will of the people.
