Price making a move off the bullish OB at 1.386 and now breaking to the upside. We’ve got a potential high at 1.40 which could be some sort of resistance, however if we see price break above this level, we could see a clear move to further upside targets such as 1.425.

The market rallied today from recent lows as treasury bond yields sink today. We also saw a new stimulus bill passed in the House mounting $1.9 trillion including a $1,400 check. It is up to the senate to decide what happens to the bill, but the news is good enough for investors.

USD/CAD pulls back from resistance on the 4H chart which looks like the 200 SMA. Price is currently resting on support after US PMI reports better than expected. CAD's PMI came out as slightly better than expected as well. Traction gained on the USD is likely due to this news, but CAD still has more demand over the USD as inflation weakens the dollar.

Price forming an EQL at 1.39 in the form of this double bottom. I’m Expecting price to continue breaking lower once there is enough liquidity then reverse once price reaches around the Bullish OB highlighted blue. Look out for price action confirmations incase price does infact continue breaking lower.
