GU on the 4H chart pulls back after a big upswing that topped out around 1.42438. This pullback found its way to mild support with additional support on a rising trend line starting in early February. Monetary policy reports today in the UK which will discuss inflation and economic outlook, so price may be a little volatile today.

Bearish OB at 1.218 where we could see price reach, reverse and continue a bearish move. In terms of targets, there isn't a clear target level visible so I'd recommend aim for atleast a 1:3 R:R and trail your stops and targets.

The Pound has been moving extremely bullish here against the Pound, forming a mini-channel inside the long-term ascending channel. We can see the retailer's support at 1.395, where I expect most retail traders to enter this market long. I expect price to continue heading down, stopping out the retailer's trades and only reversing somewhere between the LV and OB.
