Artist Lorenzo Drago recreated a train station from Japan using Unreal Engine 5. Drago worked on the models, textures, and lighting himself, using the engine's built-in Lumen technology.

It's very realistic, as if it was taken with a phone.

If you dig deep enough, you can see just as many wonders in advertising photography as you can in robotics. For example, this shot for a South Korean brand was made without any special effects at all. And the shot is real magic!

Blackboards from Japanese schools with an electronic scanner. It saves the written text so it can be erased later - and then the students can access it.

It seems like some kind of "crutch." Any electronic board is able to save everything perfectly, even if data entry on it is a bit more complicated than on the usual wooden one.

Huang "Jerry" Xiaojie, a youtuber from Taiwan, designed a special aquarium stroller to walk around town with his favorite fish.

The portable aquarium is equipped with a battery-operated filtration system, an air pump for oxygen, and even a lighting system. Part of the tank is made of acrylic and is located in the middle of the stroller, giving the fish a 360-degree view while walking.

One of the undestroyed "Wicked Bibles" was found in New Zealand.

In 1631, book printers Robert Barker and Martin Lucas made a mistake in the text of the Ten Commandments: they missed the "not" in the word "thou shalt not commit adultery. However, the mistake was noticed only a year after the publication of thousands of books, for which the authors lost their license and were fined a staggering £600, but then the fine was cancelled.

Almost all of the Adulterers' Bibles were destroyed, but a few are still found at auctions today.

A 47-year-old British man lived with his penis on his arm for six years. In 2014, Malcolm McDonald had his penis amputated because of a crotch infection he picked up while homeless and using drugs.

Doctors found a way out and helped with this difficult situation: they made a new penis using skin from the man's left arm. But the transplant surgery didn't go all the way, because Malcolm had a lack of oxygen in his blood and the penis was temporarily sewn to his arm. And then the coronavirus pandemic began in the world, hospitals were short of doctors and the operation was postponed.

So "temporarily" dragged on for six years. And then, recently, everything was sewn back into place. And they even filmed the documentary.

Stack Overflow's mock three-button "for programmers" keyboard, The Key, has received an upgrade.

The Key 2 now has RGB lighting, and it will also be possible to replace the keys with figurines. Last year, the April Fool's prank on the device turned into a full-fledged sale of 10,000 units.

Chinese automation in action. Of course, these devices cannot be called robots, but they perform simple mechanical tasks perfectly.

Xiaomi begins selling a smart electric bed with a very long name - 8H Feel Leather Smart Electric Bed X Pro.

The bed assesses sleep quality by monitoring the pulse, breathing rate and the number of movements of the sleeper. It also helps fight snoring. When snoring is detected, the device automatically raises the backrest by 15 degrees without disturbing the user's sleep. When the snoring stops, the bed returns to its original state.

The Miracle Bed is part of the Xiaomi ecosystem, so different smart home scenarios can be programmed. For example, so that when you go to sleep, the lights turn off, and when you wake up, the curtains open. The price of the novelty is about $1,120.
