From my first day, I am very grateful to FLEX ETOI Program coordinators for placing me in the right place. The NGO I have been interning at is "ProKG" Network of Professionals. As this is my first experience working with an NGO, I did not know what to expect, but my first week showed me that my 3-month internship is going to be truly impressive and memorable. What helped me to quickly adapt to the new sphere is that my colleagues were very friendly and helpful. By working with them I undoubtedly will improve my teamworking skill. I also want to mention our office "Ololo House", because the right place contributes to a better and effective work. During the internship, I am expected to help with “ProKG Leadership Program”. My responsibilities include many exciting and interesting activities, which makes me very happy. I am very proud to be part of this NGO. And I hope that our future cooperation will be productive. 2021-03-22 16:32:24 On my first day at IDEA, I was very excited and happy to be a part of the team. Everything was new to me. The team was very helpful and supportive, by showing all their processes and programs used for work efficiency. I was amazed by how much work is needed to implement all the projects at the NGO. Since I started working with the main accountant, I learnt a lot about necessary documents and other processes for project implementation. These processes are complicated and interesting at the same time, and I am sure that they will be extremely useful for my own projects in the future as well. In addition, I also started engaging in marketing strategies of IDEA by being a part of new videos and photos for their social media channels. This experience is definitely helping me to become more open and social. IDEA’s employees were sharing their thoughts that with the presence of new interns their team became more vivid and active. I am extremely motivated by this and looking forward to the rest of my internship. Open / Comment

2021-03-20 19:17:04 I got my own table and started working on my first task. As I am a part of the media team, my first task was to analyze their social media accounts and start developing a content plan for the next 3-4 weeks. After that we had a meeting where we discussed upcoming projects. I was very glad to hear that we are having upcoming debate tournaments in Osh, Zhalal-Abad and Naryn regions. Fortunately, I will be going there as a media coordinator to cover this event. I will be taking pictures, videos and making posts on social media accounts. My first day was fun and productive, and I am very happy to be a part of this organization. Open / Comment

2021-03-20 19:17:00 Internship is an important part of professional and personal development. We all are very excited to gain experience working with a real organization that has the same beliefs. I am extremely thankful that I am a part of the “IDEA” organization, and there are a lot of reasons why. “IDEA” is a debate community, and debates are something that I was passionate about in the past, so it made me more interested to be a part of their team.
On my first day of internship, I was a bit nervous, because meeting new people is not an everyday activity. When I got to the organization, I was warm welcomed by the members and it made me feel more comfortable. We went around the office, and I got a chance to meet everyone. 2021-03-18 16:59:27 I was responsible for merchandising goods and assisting my coordinator. I felt as a part of the team doing meaningful and responsible work. I like how intense and diverse the work at “She Starts” and I definitely want to continue to work in the same mode. Open / Comment
