After watching last week’s #MasterChefSG episode, we started getting serious cravings for this beloved local dish. So in this episode of #InTheMoment, we set out to try different types of some of the best fried rice around our office!

Fun fact: Fried rice is one of the best dishes to whip up when you have leftover ingredients. In fact, rice left in the fridge overnight is the best kind of rice for this dish.
