Motivational story
You know, there is a very famous story about Socrates - a Greek philosopher who lived 2,500 years ago.
A young man asked Socrates the secret to success.
Socrates told the young man to meet him near the river the next morning.
The next morning Socrates asked the young man to walk with him into the river.
When the water got up to their neck, Socrates took the young man by surprise and dunked him into the water.
The boy struggled to get out but Socrates was strong and held him under until he started turning blue.
When the boy thought all was lost, Socrates pulled his head out of the water. The young man sputtered and coughed as he took a deep breath of air.
Socrates asked: “What did you want the most when you were there?”
The boy replied: “Air.”
Socrates said: “When you want success as badly as you want the air, then you will get it. There is no other secret.”
The secret is you have to want it.
I mean, really want it.
Is your "want" big enough.
If plans or goals are not successful, then your "want" is not strong enough.
That's it.
