You can get your very own copy here: https://useip.org/2021/08/14/useip-county-local-organizing-playbook-is-now-available/

2021-08-19 08:00:20 The counting at the end to get there looks a little manic! Line 16 - we have our control for evaluation - interval percentages equal overall percentages for evaluation. Line 17 - Dump a bunch of votes - probably phantom reduction. Line 18 - REDUCE BOTH CANDIDATES! Not sure what was going on here. Looks like the 3rd party got almost 100% of the 2000 votes reported during this interval? Line 19 - Dump a BUNCH of votes - Phantoms....phantoms...so many. Lines 20& 21 - Control again for evaluation Line 22 - Refill 3rd party some more? They either borrowed a lot from the 3rd party during the early count and had to backfill - or - something??

2021-08-19 07:49:58 So - there was a really strong response at the beginning of the counting and they had to apply a bit of coercion to get AK to settle into her setpoint. Kinda looks like GA. Does Ruby have any relatives in AK?

2021-08-19 07:37:25 And Alaska! Alaska did not have many reports for as long as it took for the state to be counted - and CALLED! Alaska shares that Pacific coast vote trend like we saw with Oregon and Washington....but not such a sharp rise as the other two. They counted that last precinct for a reaaalllyyy long time. I did find it interesting that around interval 4 that it looked like, when the Edison zero happened, that we actually had some un-coordinated movement of one of the curves without the other? I actually searched the internet for articles about internet outages and such that would have delayed the vote count and resulted in this...but no luck.

2021-08-19 07:21:44 Here, again, you can see the proportional movement of the votes. The shape features are so very similar. But - the correlation is again a little lower. Again, we have a piecewise curve. If we do the correlation calculation for each one of the "steps", such as from intervals 44-61, we get a value of R=0.9867.

2021-08-19 07:11:42 Tennessee! Ok - ok - I know there are some that have been asking for Tennessee for quite a while, and now I see why! Where IN seems to have the control algorithm started over and over, Tennessee just seems to have a series of large reductions in the percentages until they FINALLY get under the setpoint where they can do that slow rise into the percentage setpoint like the other states do. It looks like that little hill shape feature may be part of the initial system perturbation that was assigned to Tennessee and the drops may have been the result of a restart? In any case, this stair-step feature makes me wonder what was going on as they were counting votes.

2021-08-19 07:02:12 Another thing to note is that because they were almost 100% mail-in votes, there are no reduction lines like we saw SO MANY of in the IN data. Because of the control over the mail-in votes, they had contorl over the percentage at all times and no cleanup was required at the end.

2021-08-19 07:00:44 Here you can see the summary of the end counting. The areas that are kinda circled (NOT an artist here...) show why I say that I think they had a couple of setpoint and were moved as other states were shuffled in line. I have a really strong suspicion that if we ever get the whole story behind all of this, we will find that the people running this during the 2020 election just were not quite as smart as the people that wrote it in the first place.

2021-08-19 06:47:42 The percentage control between the two candidates is clear again. One goes up - they all go up. But, the overall correlation is a little lower. We saw this in MI, as well. I believe that we have here - statistically speaking - is a set of piecewise curves that correlate with each other for each "setpoint" time period...if that makes sense.

2021-08-19 06:42:49 I realized that I had not posted Arizona yet! So - here is the infamous vote trends! I have no idea what really happened in Arizona. I can see what appears like AZ was supposed to be a Biden state from birth...but - after FL would not behave...well, AZ gest moved a bit - To make room in line for WI and MI, possibly? It looks like there were a couple of setpoints assigned before the final landing space - much like what we saw in Michigan. But - I believe this is why AZ could be called as a Biden win so very quickly. When they have such a high percentage of mail-in votes there is a lot of stuff that can happen - including fires at chicken farms...
