Tomorrow night we will have our regular NSW and VIC Zoom but we will also be welcoming our QLD, TAS, and NT colleagues.

2021-10-25 23:36:37 Good morning all. All submissions have now been handed over to the Solicitors who will work with the Barrister to put the wheels in motion this week. Now it's the calm before the storm, and believe me, a storm is coming

As our movement grows nationwide we have some wonderful members who have set up support groups in their stats. We are still looking for leaders in NT and SA.

2021-10-25 08:16:27 UPDATES! Team we've spoken with our workers compensation lawyer Dave McCabe and he has assured us most claims are always knocked back in the first instance but he takes it further with his barrister on your behalf so please don't stress.

Also a reminder that tonight at 7pm we have our wellbeing circle with Cole and Craig. This is an opportunity for everyone to come together and ask questions and share answers. Please be mindful that there are many on the zooms who would like to contribute.

Within the email just give us your principal/boss full name and email address. Please do not send us any changes to be made to your current submission. We areon a very strict deadline.

They were questioned whether uploading your medical info to VACS Attest is voluntary or mandatory. This is their response;

"The VACS Attest user guide explains that you do not need to upload anything:

The authorised officer is only required to sight the vaccination evidence for validation. They should not take photocopies, scanned copies or photographs of the vaccination evidence.

2021-10-24 23:27:07 Good morning Team. We know today is a day where most of us cannot return to work (myself included).

Depending on your circumstances some people are allowed to work from home while others are on some type of leave. Either way, now is not the time to drop our guards and lower our heads.

There is a task for you to do. Everyone needs to get a copy of their work contract regardless if you have it already. EVERYONE!

Call and email your HR department and ask for your contract that YOU signed when you commenced employment.

You must ALSO ask for the email address and phone number of their legal department or representative where you can send correspondence.

You have every right to this information and if they ask why, simply state it's a private matter. Once you receive this just hold on to it and wait for further advice from us.

Even if you did not send a submission to our Barrister please still do this

New information has come to light in relation to our legal action and complaints to the Anti-Discrimantion Board and Human Rights Commission which is in your favour but you need the above information.

There is also information coming out about certain education department members who will soon be investigated for let's just say "irregularities in their conduct in pushing this mandate for their own personal interests".

The information has been leaked to us and is now in the hands of the Barristers and the police. At this point it is now out of our hands so we cannot comment any further.
