Good morning Team. Today is an important day. We have some tasks to complete. Let's just take day by day and do not make yourself sick worrying about what the 8th of November is going to look like.
No one knows as everything is changing so it's not worth fretting over. Let's fight what's in front of us today.
1. If you have not already done so please follow the risk assessment angle from Red Union. We have strength in numbers and helps build your case should you be terminated or stood down without pay. https://tpaa.redunion.com.au/whsinfo
Email it to your boss and CC your HR department. EVERYONE should do this regardless if you've received an email demanding your vax status. You do not need to be a member to follow the first 3 steps.
2. Go to your GP and get a medical certificate to put in for sick leave from the day you have to return to face to face learning and use up what you have left. They can't deny this.
3. NSW it's time to call the Premiers office and put pressure on him. I did yesterday and I'll do it again. Let your voices be heard. They are being inundated with calls from educators.

4. VIC you have to keep the pressure up on Fiona Patten! Call her office and continue to send emails to her. They are close to buckling.

Links will be posted an hour before. We will have some updates, advice, and new action plans to announce for tonight. Please tune in.
