Steak meat - 2 pieces. Rosemary - 3 sprigs Garlic - 2 cloves Butter - 75 gr. Vegetable oil - 50 gr. Salt Pepper
Preparation:
Wash and dry the meat. Salt and pepper both sides a little.Melt and heat butter and vegetable oil in a frying pan.Throw crushed cloves of garlic.Together with rosemary fry steaks 2-3 minutes (depending on the thickness of the meat) over high heat. Ready steaks wrapped in foil for 3-4minutes. Serve to the table on a nice board, with fresh herbs and cherry tomatoes.
