Corn drenniki, poached egg and trout slices

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 300g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Salt, pepper, paprika
Canned corn - 70g
Flour - 1 tbsp.
Butter
For serving:
Red salted fish
Cherry tomatoes
Poached Eggs

Preparation:

Grate potatoes on a coarse grater and squeeze out excess liquid. Add the eggs, salt, pepper, paprika, canned corn and a little flour and mix everything. At the very end, add butter.Fry both sides. Place slices of fish on each one of the pancakes. Serve with poached eggs and fried cherry tomatoes.
