"The Executive is to make the decision on this. If it does, it would probably be same discount as in the local unis, that is NOT 10% of the WIUT tuition fee, but 10% of the basic tuition fee as the original announcement had said (10% от базовой оплаты контракта). I believe the basic tuition fee is about 6 mln, so we are talking the matter of roughly 600 thousand sums. But again as far as I know this hasn't been approved. If and when the decision is made it will be announced."

Dear students applying for accommodation to dormitories,
 
Please beware that all applicants who apply for first-time residence in the dormitories have to go through INTERVIEWS (being administered both online and face-to-face). They are being administered in the order in which the applications have been submitted. So, if you are applying for the dormitory for the first time, please wait patiently for a call from the Coordinator on Accommodation and Residential Support to conduct the interview. You are kindly asked to make sure the contact numbers you have indicated in the application are available for reach by the University.

In the meantime, please make sure you have familiarized closely with the WIUT Residential Rules which make up an integral part of the University’s Public Offer (Contract) of Residence - the rules that you have to strictly follow during your stay in University dormitories. Please also note that in case of violation of these rules, the student may be subjected to eviction in accordance with the established procedure without the refund of the paid tenancy fees.

Starting from September 10th, the dormitories will welcome Level 3 students who have successfully fulfilled contractual obligations. We invite students and parents to attend the meet-and-greet ceremony by WIUT Rector at the following times: 10.30 in Yangi Zamon and 12.00 in Turkkurgan. During the event, the guests will have a chance to learn about the facilities of the dormitories, to be acquainted with the basic rules and conditions of living in dormitories and to get answers to the most important questions.

Dear Students,

Please be informed that the application process for accommodation in WIUT dormitories is now open.

Before applying, please read the following updates carefully:
· Priority in registration is given to 1st year students (CIFS). The remaining places are allocated according to a quota among undergraduate students, with priority for lower levels. You can apply for a place in our halls of residence if you have completed enrollment for the current or upcoming academic term as a full-time student.

· The University has approved a standard fee of 500,000 sums per month for accommodation at either of its halls of residence for the academic year 2021-2022.

· As per the contract terms, payment is made in a one-time installment or in two equal installments for the entire period of tenancy in the halls of residence (term time of the academic year). Thus an advance payment for either 4 months (2,000,000 soums) or 8 months (4,000,000 soums) is required to secure accommodation.

· The terms and conditions of residence are set out in the Public Offer (Contract) of Residence (available on Intranet> Student Dormitories page). Once this Contract has become binding, you have a legal obligation to pay the Accommodation Fee for the Period of Residence, even if you do not occupy the Accommodation for the full Period of Residence.

· This Public Offer applies to term time of the University only (September-May of the academic year in accordance with the Academic Calendar of the University). Tenancy in the dormitory during the summer term (June-August) is subject to separately announced terms and conditions.

· If you have been offered a place at either of the Halls of Residence, you will receive a notification through the University web-mail. In order to accept the offer you will need to make your deposit payment within 3 working days which also confirms your acceptance of the tenancy agreement (Contract of Residence).

· If your plans have changed and you would like to decline the offer, we kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible by e-mailing to accommodation@wiut.uz or calling +998 71 238-74-42 .
