2021-08-13 10:27:30 Dear students permanently registered outside the city of Tashkent and seeking WIUT accommodation!

Please be informed that due to some technical issues, it was possible for students to submit applications before the official start of registration. Subject to the above, all of these registrations made to date have been canceled. The opening date for the submission of applications will be communicated to you shortly by e-mail.

In addition, from September 2021, a number of changes are being introduced regarding WIUT accommodation. In particular:
1. The cost of living at the dormitory will be 500,000 soums per month.

2. Priority in registration will be given to 1st year students. The remaining places will be allocated according to a quota among undergraduate students, with priority for lower levels.

3. Accommodation will not be provided for postgraduate, part-time, retriever students and those who were expelled from dormitory in previous terms.

4. Moreover, places in dormitories will be provided according to the belonging of a particular student to a particular school. Thus, Yangi Zamon Hall is for students from SOLTE, the School of Law, Technology and Education (inclusive of Foundation course), and Turk Kurgon Hall is for students from the SOBE (School of Economics, Business and Finance).
Updates will shortly be introduced to the Application and the Accommodation page accordingly.

On 12th of August at 17:00, Westminster International University in Tashkent is conducting a second stage exam for students, who applied for scholarship for 2021-2022 Academic Year. All participants of the exam were notified on their personal cabinets and received instructions by their e-mails.

There was no any official announcement about the increase on tuition fee for 2021/22 academic year.

Even if it's increased, you will be notified about it from University officially.

Photos, which are traveling through different chats showing 4100$, are indicating tuition fee of International Student.

2021-08-10 01:08:34 FAILED CORE MODULES IN CIFS?

Guuuys, this is related to current and future CIFS students

If you fail any CORE Module in CIFS (after ref/def), you will NOT be able to progress to the next level of studies

If you failed Academic English (AE), there is a chance to progress to the next level only if you take a new IELTS test (after fail of AE) and have the result of minimum overall band 6.0 with writing component 6.0 as well (for those who want to apply for Commercial Law Course — overall minimum 6.5 with writing component 6.0 — contact Academic Support for detailed information)

Other failed Core Modules in CIFS have no alternatives

Westminster International University is pleased to announce the continuation of its SCHOLARSHIP selection for CIFS course. The final selection of students to receive a scholarship will be based on second phase of WIUT Scholarship Math Exam on Thursday 12th August, 2021.

Based on the final marks of the WIUT Computer-based Math exams and IELTS score, we have now identified the top 202 applicants (since the last 5 applicants have equal scores) eligible to attend the Scholarship Examination. Congratulations to our top applicants for reaching this stage of the scholarship process. The final round of assessment is a Math paper-based examination that is scheduled for the 12th August 17:00 at WIUT backyard. The examination will be conducted in the grounds of the University and strict social distancing and precautionary measures will be applied.

Applicants eligible for the paper-based exam will receive detailed instructions through admissions.wiut.uz system. Applicants invited for the paper-based exam, should carefully read the EXAM RULES (will be sent through admission system).
