Title of Position: Sales Representative

This could include lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, the voice of the customer and revenue retention motions.

offerings.

Requirements
2-3 years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity preferred
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with proven success and comfortable with ambiguity

Title of Position: Senior Deal Desk Manager

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Provide direct deals desk support for the APAC region and when needed other global regions as needed by the business, from time to time for international sales opportunities.
Review and approve all customer transactions before booking and book orders for software licensing offerings.
Reply to, manage, and facilitate exception approval requests, including special pricing, legal terms, or deal structures in a timely and efficient manner from receipt to resolution.

Job Requirements:
Practical hands-on background as 1) an integral team player; 2) in a manager/senior manager role in deals desk, sales operations or sales with Field Sales in structuring complex deals.
Minimum of five years of experience in a Deal Desk role involved in deal modelling and negotiating deals alongside Sales, Finance, Pricing and Legal. Booking/order management experience alone will be distinguished when reviewing candidates.
Extensive knowledge and background in enterprise software / software-as-a-service licensing models and revenue recognition policies
