I used to not heed the usual "hormone imbalance" articles and sayings and all I was like how bad could it be but turns out real bad! So what I'm trying to say is, don't take chances and pay attention mostly to the week before your period if you don't want to make dumb decisions you'll look back at later on and say "that was not me" you are more likely to do some or take very stupid actions cause you're unusually sensitive and emotional.
