Red packets aren’t the only thing you should look forward to this CNY!

WhatIF Foods is launching its newest noodle yet— BamNut Goji Berry Noodles. Packed with protein, fibre and real goji berries, this noodle also comes with a heart-warming herbal soup.

Also, this noodle supports smallholder farming communities as it’s made with BamNuts (Bambara groundnuts) which can help rejuvenate degraded lands.

Be one of the first lucky 8 to get a free tote bag along with your purchase!

Start your Tuesday off on the right paw with some wholesome good news . Singapore Zoo has recently welcomed a newborn lion cub, first of its kind to be born via assisted reproduction, onto zoo grounds!

Say hi to Simba! Simba's adorable eyes are said to be from his dad, Mufasa, who wasn’t able to find a mate due to his aggressive nature. His birth story is a fascinating one – involving science. Simba was born as a result of an artificial insemination conducted by the Wildlife Reserves Singapore in their efforts to preserve the lion count in the Lion Island.

Cuteness overload aside, could this be the future of preserving and sustaining wildlife in Singapore?

Learn how to hack your brain’s full potential with Andrew Huberman, a Stanford University neuroscience professor. He created Space-Time-Bridging (STB), a meditation method that helps you reach a hyper-creative state of mind by optimizing your focus on the present.

It’s a simple three-step process:
Sense your brain
Breathe (in): close your eyes and try to focus on a point in your head. It could be your “third eye,” the point between your eyes.

Focus:
Breathe (out): Open your eyes and focus on a point close by, e.g. your hand or your cup of coffee.

Defocus:
Breathe (in): Now, relax your eyes and take in everything in your field of vision, i.e. take in the big picture.

Repeat for a few more breaths and you’re done!

Try it out right now or check out Dr Huberman’s video linked below to understand the science behind it all. Or do both!

You need more Fibre in your life! Did you know that the average Singaporean only consumes 13g of fibre a day despite the recommended intake being 20-30g a day? Here are some quick tips on how to incorporate more fibre into your day:

Drink more smoothies. Since fibre can be found in many fruits and vegetables including strawberries, apples and cucumbers, simply blend them up and enjoy a chilled snack!

Eat more greens (duh ‍). As a rule of thumb, foods that are green in colour are usually packed with fibre and other beneficial nutrients. YUM.

Try out WhatIF Foods’ Moringa and BamNut noodles instead of your regular instant noodles. Powered by Future Fit crops, they are 100% plant-based, high in protein, and are free from MSG, preservatives, artificial colours and flavours.
