The main task of this stage was to improve the C / C++ library created by the participants of the first stage, which could determine the language affiliation and topics of Telegram channels based on the data provided.

The prizes were divided as follows:

• New password recovery process
— With new notifications in Settings, you can now regularly make sure you remember your two-factor authentication password.
