Name/Surname discrepancies. Deadline 31st May, 2021.

STUDENTS,
As you know the
University of Westminster is a degree-awarding authority and owner of the process for issuance of students’ official documents (certificate/diploma/transcript). According to the procedures, the production of official documents in UoW will be started right after all final outcomes released and be dispatched to Tashkent within the established timeframe.
Kindly be informed that Academic Registrar’s Office is going to check the profiles of CIFS and final year students, as the academic year 2020/2021 is drawing to a close. Only
Foundation certificate/transcript,
Bachelor and
Master diploma/transcript will be granted to students with class of 2021. WIUT soon will be receiving parcels with diplomas and transcripts.
To minimize name/surname discrepancies and/or other data mismatches that may be reflected in your official documents, we highly recommend you to check up your SRS profiles and ensure your name/surname, DoB is spelt correctly.
In case you find any typo/error in your profile, you are kindly asked to leave a request via the links provided in this email
until 31st of May, 2021.
Additionally, students who changed their name or surname and would like to get their diploma with an updated name should also leave a request by the link provided below
until 31st of May, 2021. Please do not forget to attach e-version of your Passport or ID (both sides) while requesting, otherwise, it will not be processed to the end.
