Dear GRADUATES 2021 (without Refer/Defer assessment),
We are happy to inform you that your diplomas along with transcripts arrived from UoW. Please, follow the link below to double check if your diploma has arrived:

Currently, financial services and other departments of the university is carrying out final verification of accounts of all graduated students. The procedure considers checking the outstanding debt of any kind and amount (tuition fee, penalties, library charges, dormitory fees, charges for loss or damage of the university’s property) for each student. It is expected that the verification procedure will be finalized by 01/10/2021.
A student must not have any outstanding debt in order to collect his/her diploma/transcript as well as other official documents (secondary education completion certificate and/or other). If you are aware that you have got any debt, please settle it to initiate the process of releasing your documents.
The verification procedure will result in signing off the checklist of a student in the intranet by the authorized departments. Your checklist appears as signed in the intranet, when verification of your account is finalized. If your checklist is not signed in the intranet, then your account is still under verification of the relevant departments.

Once your checklist is signed off by the relevant departments, you need to make an appointment to collect your documents by sending an email from your WIUT mailbox to undergraduateoffice@wiut.uz at least a day before your expected visit. The email must contain your ID number to enable the responsible officers prepare your package. Original documents are collected from the Undergraduate Office (104 ATB) from Monday to Friday 10:30-16:30, lunch time 13:00-14:00.
Please do not make an appointment until your Checklist signed off in the intranet and it suggests that you do not have any debt.
It should also be noted that the original documents are released to students only.

P.S.
Please, be informed that it is students’ responsibility to check the documents (diplomas / certificates / transcripts) upon receipt and inform the university as soon as possible if any errors are found.
If we are informed of any errors within 12 months from the award, then the document can be to re-issued free of charge. According to the UoW document replacement procedure, students will be charged a replacement document fee 12 months after being awarded.
