Pashinyan announced today that the
status-quo in Artsakh was maintained as long as it was beneficial for Russia, and then Armenia could not "pay" anymore
“The Artsakh status-quo was maintained as long as it was in Russia's interests. When the situation changed, everything changed. And when the time came for us to pay with something, it turned out that we either did not want or could not pay. Or, we didn’t have nothing to pay as we are bankrupt.
It may be wrong to say this, but I think we are in such a state that it is worth telling this to each other, Pashinyan said at a closed meeting with Moscow lawyers of Armenian origin.”
The PM is again very vague in his examples which sometimes become confusing, but at least he voices these issues.
