Panelists : P1 + P2 ( one Male , one female) one alumni, one Sjmsom professor , probably Marketing professor.

It was a long waiting time , I was the 2nd last on my cohort. Total 11 ,I was at 10th.

In terms of online interviews , I felt the IIT B team was one of the best. That organised the doc verification and the preliminary process on the Gather platform.

P1: Hey , Rittick I hope you aren't tired. It's a long waiting time I guess.
Me : I'd say lil bit , ultimately it's the game of patience :)
P1: Fair enough. When did you wake up today?
Me: Last night I just slept for 2 hours and woke up at 5.30 in the morning.
P1: Why?
Me : sir last night I traveled from Mumbai to Kolkata. I had my SPjain gi2 round in Mumbai.
P1: How was it?
Me: I gave my best . Let's hope for the best.
P1: As you are an electronics engineer , I believe you have a good knowledge on engineering subs?
Me : With 200% confidence, yes sir :/ fortunely they didn't ask me anything from engineering subs
P1: what was your role in ITC Infotech? People are going to ITC after their MBA , and you already worked there and then you left , why did  you leave?
Me : Gave my reason, they seem satisfied.

P2: What makes you unique?
Me: told
P2: people are coming with 2 years work ex, do you think will you handle that?
Me: Gave my reason.
P2:  What would be your specialization?
Me : Mam, I have heard one my alumnus from a reputed Bschool that , in  MBA we have to follow a T framework, where we need to know little bit about every domains, be it a marketing, be it a operation, be it a finance . I will try to gather knowledge as much as possible for all the domains and apart from that I have a lil inclination towards marketing.
P2: What is STP? 7 ps of marketing? How will you launch a product,
Me: Told , tried to explain to target , audience, geographic location, competitors etc. P2 nodded her head.
P2: Any special business news?
Me : yesterday Bill Gates came to India and he met with the governor of RBI. And Lithium deposits found in Rewasi District, Jammu and Kashmir
P2:  Any significance of the meeting? Who is the governor of RBI?
Me: Told
P2: How lithium ions batteries are made?
Told : Cathod, Anode , Nickel, Cobalt  and tried to explain with the significance of each aspects.

p1) Machine is learning every thing(that devil smile though), what you are doing?
Answered: My job is to make sure that machine performs job efficiently.
p1) IS it a new role and how MLE is ensured into the system?
Answered: A MLE is bridge between analytics and Data Scientist Team, and how the MLE comes into the play.
p1) So you help data scientists and both Analytics.
Answered: not only that our main aim is to make sure the models are served seamlessly in production.
p1) Big Companies are doing big investments in data and machine learning models. Mappings are either causal, correlative or associative and such analysis can also go wrong. How companies make sure their investments.
Here I was shocked completely: Tried answering about monitoring mechanisms and explained companies depreciate or improvise Models if not performing well.

p1) That's okay, but how do they ensure investments in mapping?
Answered: a/b testing and scenoriaos (seems satisfied.)
p2) All companies and orgs may not give data, then how do you tackle this.
Answered: we take data as and when require, and we have a very strong data storage and usage policy.

I said 3-4 places and then I said you will need 2 days to cover all the temples as it is the city of temples. They were smiling.
She asked about my hobbies
How did you come here through train or flight?
I said train and then she asked how was your journey and asked the major stations. I said I overslept that's why I don't remember. They laughed.

Overall interview was very chill.
