2022-06-07 19:30:14 GET THE TRUTH BEFORE THE TRUTH GETS YOU!

 Dear Muslims,

• This Dunya doesn’t care about you.

- No matter how much you believe the world is for you, it is always against you.

• If you die today, the world continues without you tomorrow.

• The world doesn’t wait for the sad people to feel better, it moves on.

• The world doesn’t wait for the sick people to heal, it continues regardless.

• The world doesn’t pause to mourn the death of anyone; it goes on with or without you.

The world is not for you.

• The more you believe the world is yours, the more you will be given reasons to be proven otherwise.

• Live life with the acceptance that you are here for a temporary amount of time, with a purpose that needs to be fulfilled with patience and trust.

• With that mindset whatever calamity hits you will be dealt with easily, whereas living with the mindset that the world is a place for fun or the world is a place for you.

• Follow the Dunya and you will always be disappointed and it will always run faster than you.

- Follow Allah and you will be successful forever and you will never be disappointed.

May Allāh guide us all . Āmeen.

And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers. Qur'an 51:55

2022-06-07 13:56:49 The individual's role in supporting Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم

10 Practical ways of supporting Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) [Part-2]

5. Read the authentic biography of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), learning from his way of life and contemplating about the different events to learn the wisdom, lessons and benefits that can be gained from all his responses, and try to relate what one learns to our lives today.

6. Follow Prophet Muhammad ’s guidance, his Sunnah, his morals, manners and ways in every aspect of his life: how he (peace be upon him) used to eat, drink, sleep and dress….being eager to follow his ways (peace be upon him) in all aspects of our lives.

7. Be careful not to be sarcastic about any of Prophet Muhammad ’s Sunnah, even if one is only joking.

8. Be happy when knowledge of Prophet Muhammad ’s Sunnah is spread among the people and people begin to follow his Sunnah. Similarly, one should be upset if some of his Sunnah disappears.

9. Openly reject and show that one dislikes the bad remarks against Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) or his Sunnah, until the people stop insulting him.

10. Cut relations with anyone who makes fun of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) or makes sarcastic remarks about Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in front of others. In fact, one should encourage others to cut relations and avoid such people, warning others from carrying out any dealings with them at all.

2022-06-07 13:55:29 The individual's role in supporting Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم

10 Practical ways of supporting Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) - [Part-1]

These days there are disbelievers who overstep the limits with regards to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Insults from such people have occurred often during our present time. Such acts from the disbelievers are not unusual through history, but what is truly unusual and unexpected is the attitude of some Muslims who ignore such insults, not taking any notice of them at all and not being concerned about such attacks against their religion. In this way, these Muslims do not fulfill the duty of supporting Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). In fact, is there any good left in us if the disbelievers and mockers try to undermine the standing of the Prophet (peace be upon him), but we do not support and defend him (peace be upon him)?!!

There are many different ways of supporting Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him),
for example: [A summary of an article written by the International Committee to Support the Seal of the Prophets]

Supporting Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) (the role of the individual):

1. Be aware of your love for Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in your hearts when telling the Muslims about his perfect appearance and noble manners and moral, and when reminding them about what a great character Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) had and that he (peace be upon him) was the most handsome and most well-mannered person to have lived on this earth.

2. Appreciate the great benefits he gave us all, as Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) told us about Allah’s religion in the best and most thorough way. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) spread the Message, fulfilled the trust Allah gave him (of telling us about Islam) and advised his nation.

3. Love Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) more than we love ourselves, our families and our children. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, [related by Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

4. Be polite when dealing with Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and also his Sunnah (collection of sayings, deeds and silent approvals of Prophet Muhammad ), and lower your voice in his presence. Allah (Glorified is He) says, {O you who believe, do not raise your voices above the voice of the Prophet and do not be as loud when speaking to him as you are when speaking to one another, lest your actions should come to nothing without your realising it} [Surah Al-Hujurat: 2] Similarly, one should lower one’s voice in his mosque and at Prophet Muhammad ’s grave. Allah (Glorified is He) says, {Those who lower their voices when they are with the Messenger of Allah are people whose hearts Allah has tested and proved to be aware of Him. They will have forgiveness and an immense reward} [Surah Al-Hujurat: 3] Do not mention his name without referring to the fact that he is a Messenger and Prophet. Allah (Glorified is He) says, {Do not make your summoning of the Messenger the same as your summoning of one another} [Surah An-Nur: 63]

2022-06-07 11:31:01 STRESSED OUT?

Just Say

Allah Allah Rabbi La Ushriku Bihi Shai'a

اَللهُ اَللهُ رَبِّیْ لَا اُشْرِکُ بِهِ شَیْئًا۔

Benefit: Relieves Distress

Asmā’ bint ‘Umais (رضي الله عنها) narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me,

‘Should I not teach you some words that you should say at the time of distress?

Say:
اَللهُ اَللهُ رَبِّیْ لَا اُشْرِکُ بِهِ شَیْئًا۔

(Allah, Allah is my Lord, I do not associate anything with Him).’

Shaykh Muhammad bin Sālih al-'Uthaymīn رحمه الله said:

‎"When you see yourself disliking that Allāh blesses other than you with knowledge, wealth, good character, good health or the likes of that, know that you have within you destructive jealousy/envy.

Try to eradicate it."

2022-06-06 19:30:17 Ibadur-Rahman -  The faithful slaves of Allah

The Qur’an is filled with stories from the previous Prophets, nations and people before us. It is through these stories that Allah conveys life lessons for us all, so that we may know right from wrong, to know where the path of righteousness leads and to take heed of the path of falsehood.

The Quran and the Hadeeth of the Prophet ﷺ mentions those that follow righteousness as those of Allah’s Party; the faithful slaves of Allah,
_and those on the path of falsehood as Shaitan’s party_.

The faithful ones are successful in this life and life in the hereafter. They are the true slaves of Allah whom He loves.

Allah Ta’ala says in the Qur'an:

“And He will admit them to Gardens (Paradise) under which rivers flow, to dwell therein (forever).  Allah is pleased with them, and they with Him. They are party of Allah. Verily, it is the party of Allah that will be successful”
(Quran, 58:22).

While those on the opposite path are the real losers,

Allah Ta’ala says in the Qur’an:
“Shaytaan has overcome them and made them forget the remembrance of Allah.  They are the party of Shaytaan (Satan).
Verily, it is the party of Shaytaan that will be the losers.”
(Quran, 58:19)

BE GRATEFUL

It is reported that Al-Hasan Al-Basri (رحمة الله) said:

"Verily, Allah lets (a person) enjoy a blessing for as long as He wills. But when He is no longer thanked for it, He turns it into a punishment."

: Ibn Abī Al-Dunyā | Kitāb Al-Shukr: Article 17

"And remember when your Lord proclaimed, ‘If you are grateful, I will certainly give you more. But if you are ungrateful, surely My punishment is severe." — Qur'an (14:7)

2022-06-06 03:31:03 Hadith on showing off with good deeds

The Prophet (Swalallahu alaihi wassalam) said, “He who lets the people hear of his good deeds intentionally, to win their praise, Allah will let people know his real intention (on the Day of Resurrection), and he who does good things in public to show off and win the praise of the people, Allah will disclose his real intention (and humiliate him).”

(Sahih Bukhari Vol. 8, Book 76, Hadith 506)
