2022-04-20 22:44:23 Three years ago, when Kaleab Mesfin joined Safe Light, he was eighteen years old. He has worked diligently and sincerely for the past few years after joining the Safe Light, surpassing his older competitors in experience and age.
According to Kal, it was the team spirit, sense of belongingness, and vision alignment that kept him with Safe Light. Creating a value-driven team takes active engagement and empowerment activities. Safe Light has started Team Engagement Sessions (TES1.0) to build an effective team for the #Transform2032 agenda. This program will last for the coming 8 months. Anyone who would like to get our TES program let us know via the comment session.

የሳሊኒ ኩባንያ ባለቤትና ሥራ አስኪያጅ ነው። ግብፆች በጣም ከሚጠሉት ሰዎች ውስጥ አንዱ ነው። ይህ ሰው መርህ አለው። ይህ ሰው ለአላማ የሚኖር ሰው ነው። ቢሊዮን ዶላር ያላማለለው፣ ሀቀኛ ሰው ነው። ግብፅና ሱዳን አራት ክስ መስርተውበታል። 60 ሚሊየን አረቦችን በውሃ ጥም ለመጨረስ ውል የፈፀመ ሰው ተብሎ ነው የተከሰሰው።

ታዲያ ይህ ሰው በዛሬው ፕሮግራም ላይ የመናገር እድል ተሰቶት ማይኩን ጨበጥ አረገና፣ አባይ (ናይል) ፈጣሪ ለኢትዮጵያ የሰጣት ነጭ ነዳጇ ነው አለ። ይህ ነዳጅ የትም አገር የትም አለም የለም። ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ብቻ ነው ያለው አለ።

ሰውየው ወንዙን ነጭ ነዳጅ ያለው ወዶ እንዳይመስልህ። የነገዋን ኢትዮጵያ በናይል ወንዝ ላይ ስሎ አስቀምጧት ነው። ተነካ እንጅ አልተጀመረም ማለት እንዲህ ነው።
