Casserole Ingredients:
500 gr fillet of any white fish
2 medium tomatoes
1 sweet bell pepper
Onion
Carrot
A bunch of dill
Garlic clove
200 gr of sour cream
Salt, pepper to taste
Prepаration:
Finely chop onion, fry until soft.
Add shredded carrots, pour water on them and stew for 3-4 minutes.
Cut tomatoes and peppers into small pieces and stew for 5-7 minutes more.
Add the herbs at the end.
Cut fish fillets into pieces, add salt, pepper and grated garlic clove.
Fry in a pan for 3-4 minutes stirring.
Assemble the casserole:
half the vegetables - all the fish - the remaining vegetables - a layer of sour cream.
Bake at 200° for 30-35 minutes.
