“We observed that your account has higher-than-normal Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) reimbursement claims and violates Inbound Policy driven by falsified documents so we are looking into this issue. Many sellers received a notification “"Important update to your ASIN's expiry attributes" but amazon is not giving specific ASINS” so seems like a errant email.

“We removed listing restrictions and the Account Health policy violation record for the following content”

SP was sending out emails that made no sense this week. One seller said “I got this email that I never sold this item I didn’t have on any account health violation, and I just got approved to sell JBL”

Amazon restricted buyers to 4 music items per week and then removed the restrictions claiming it was a bug so unsure what the deal was with that.

There were a few of these this week with zero explanation “As a part of the appeal process, a detailed investigation was conducted based on the information available in our internal systems, and information and documents provided by you. After carefully reviewing the information and documents, we have concluded that the brand/user has engaged in abusive conduct as per our policy.”

The sales of plumbing products in California are regulated by the CEC. As per the CEC, your plumbing products must be registered in the CEC’s database to be sold in California.”

“Proof of product authenticity (e.g., invoice). It must clearly prove that your products do not violate the Amazon listing policy. For example, if you received a warning for a not-as-described product, then please provide an invoice proving that your product matches the description on the product detail page. “

The 5% surcharge on FBA sees start today but this is just the fulfillment fee which is a very small % of overall “fees” so its likely much less substantial then how it appears.

When they request a video call. “If we do not receive a re-activation request through the form above within 7 days of. this notification, your Amazon selling account will be deactivated.”

A batch of sellers received “FCC Radio Frequency Emission Compliance” seemingly erroneously. It appears the items remain active, so I am unsure what the deal is here. Also, many accounts received restricted product notifications for items long deleted. It stays on dashboard but does not seem to affect your score.

SP reinstated a batch of ASINS that were blocked since Dec / 2021 but still did not fix the “your account does not qualify” issue with the blocked brands & categories.

“-- The root cause(s) of: Unsellable substitution AND Empty Boxes.
-- The actions you have taken to resolve the root cause.
-- The steps you have taken to prevent going forward... “

FBA small n light increased the minimum to 10$ .

Reimbursements for FBA inbound continues to be very difficult.

FBA US sellers will be hit with a 5% surcharge on FBA fees because of fuel prices and inflation ; SP was very slow responding this week but when they did, most were positive results; A few diff sellers seemed to be victim of a BH attack where fake buyers somehow hijack all your inventory and the orders stay in pending for weeks. They normally get canceled but prevent you from selling. No easy solution.

Amazon also has a “Voice of Seller "My name is XXXXXXXX, and I lead the Voice of Seller team at Amazon. I’m reaching out as I understand you’ve previously contacted us regarding buyer abuse.
